Maybe it's right for him. It wasn't right for me, and I should have definitely learned more about it before I got into it.

My advice for you would be keep doing what you enjoy. I've mainly worked manufacturing jobs and left current one for another higher paying one. It was okay at first but then job injuries and etc made it worse. Do what you want to do eventually I quit recent job and went back to old job that actually respected me and not injured all the time.

Yes. I am studying Pedagogy, so I intend to become a teacher in the future. This job will help me to understand better how a school work.

That's interesting since, apart from knowing Pedagogy in its broad sense refers to the study of teaching I'm not overly familiar with the subject, but just from the  scope and subject matter I would assume that most people who choose to study Pedagogy would end up in academia or teacher admin, since most teachers I know tend to have come from teacher college with a standard teaching degree of one sort or another.
