The one and only game I bought from LR was that sweet Quake collectors edition. Hoping that ships soon, I dropped a lot for that.

Around the Network

This guy assumes all collectors are the same. Not true. Different types of collectors. Yes, there are some that want every label variation. People like me DGAF about all that. Just like having a physical copy. I quit buying CEs a while ago. Usually a bunch of shit I never use plus they take up too much room. LRG has issues but a lot of this in the first 20 min I watched is kinda expected. It's BS but expected. I prefer to buy from Play-Asia when I have the choice because they ship it on a date rather than a random date 6 months from order. That's what bugs me.

Bite my shiny metal cockpit!

I used to collect physical indie games from LRG, but i thought it's a waste of money and time because i didn't feel like i supported the indie devs, they're slowly producing copies. At least i have only four LRG games... Until they made the next level, it's a partnership between LRG and the big publishers such as Sony, Bethesda, Disney, Konami, SNK and even some small studios that owned abandoned IPs like Turok, Shadow Man and Powerslave to produce retro games on the physical media. I suppose to quit buying physical games from them but nope, they lured me back.

Actually, the video digs in the various types of collectors that exist...
