The US has acquired 81 Soviet-era combat aircraft from Kazakhstan, the Kyiv Post reported.

Kazakhstan, which is upgrading its air fleet, auctioned off 117 Soviet-era fighter and bomber aircraft, including MiG-31 interceptors, MiG-27 fighter bombers, MiG-29 fighters, and Su-24 bombers from the 1970s and 1980s.

The declared sale value was one billion Kazakhstani tenge, or $2.26 million, said the Post, meaning the average value of each plane was $19,300.

Probably spare parts at that price, Lol.

Yes, it's all for spare parts (and potentially target practice), as I read in another article that none of them are flightworthy.

Potentially some of them could be repaired and then sent to Ukraine, though...

They could also after scrapping them for parts, use what remains as decoys in airfields, let Russia waste its missiles, Lol.

Russian man upset his fascist country is being defended against. Quite frankly, anyone displaying sympathy towards Russia should be kicked out of the country they're in back to Russia, especially in countries which border Russia, never know when Russia will attempt another "little green men" insurrection on another country.

Congresswoman who was born in Ukraine has voted against aid for her people

I keep saying it, but there is probably a financial reason that Trump is so opposed to aid and constantly praises putin. This evil just filters down and congress has refused to help until now. And the recent aid packages may be all that Ukraine gets this year.

Twat.

UK was the first to break the taboo of ATGMs, modern MBTs and long range missiles. Europe's total aid to Ukraine as of February 2024 was 89.6 billion, America's was 67.1 billion, "Europe" as a collective is already sending more aid than America in monetary value. America just spent months thanks to you, sending Ukraine zero in aid.

Top Countries by GDP.

  1. Estonia
  2. Denmark
  3. Lithuania
  4. Latvia
  5. Finland
  6. Poland
  7. Slovakia
  8. Sweden
  9. Netherlands
  10. Czech Republic
  11. Norway
  12. Croatia
  13. Germany
  14. Bulgaria
  15. United Kingdom
  16. Canada
  17. United States

GDP is more important because while America outspends Estonia, of fucking course Estonia can't outspend America, they literally do not have the money like America does, Trump knows this shit but he's going to use it as an excuse to pull support from Ukraine and his dumb fuck fanbase will eat it up. "WE'RE SPENDING -INSERT BILLIONS- AND SOME COUNTRIES IN EUROPE AREN'T MATCHING US!"

Does Europe need to improve? Definitely but don't mix all of Europe together, the Baltics are throwing practically everything they have, the Nordics have been incredible supporters, Central and Eastern Europe have been strong supporters, Germany has sent a ton recently, does Germany need to stop being a coward in terms of offensive support? Absolutely but that doesn't change the fact that they're spending big.

Don't mix some western European countries in with the eastern European countries, it ain't those guys at risk and the countries closer to Russia at risk at spending huge, Trump would have America throw them countries under the bus because a few countries aren't pulling their weight rather than actually call those countries out and still do the right thing but it's Trump and we know he wants to destroy NATO.
