Breakdown on international aid package

The three bill package for Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan totals $95 billion.
$26 billion for Israel. $9 billion of that goes toward humanitarian aid for Gaza, et al
$61 billion for Ukraine. A little less than half of that goes toward…
$95bn...Like the Senate package. What was the last 6 months for? Just to change part of Ukraine's aid into a loan?
The Senate bill was $60bn Ukraine, $14.1bn Israel, $9.2bn Humanitarian Assistance, $4.8bn Indo-Pacific and $7.2bn "Other" which equalled $95.3bn. Johnson is proposing $61bn Ukraine, $17bn Israel, $9bn Humanitarian Assistance and $8bn Indo-Pacific which equals $95bn. What the fuck were the last few months for?
