Could China supply Russia? Not sure, China needs their supplies for Taiwan if that's in the drawing board. I'm hoping it isn't but one can never be too sure...

Spoiler tagging the text because the description is a bit distressing. Spoiler!
In video and photos shot Wednesday by AP journalists after the attack on the hospital, the woman was seen stroking her bloodied lower abdomen as rescuers rushed her through the rubble in the besieged city of Mariupol, her blanched face mirroring her shock at what had just happened. It was among the most brutal moments so far in Russia’s now 19-day-old war on Ukraine. The woman was rushed to another hospital, yet closer to the frontline, where doctors labored to keep her alive. Realizing she was losing her baby, medics said, she cried out to them, “Kill me now!” Surgeon Timur Marin found the woman’s pelvis crushed and hip detached. Medics delivered the baby via cesarean section, but it showed “no signs of life,” the surgeon said. Then, they focused on the mother. “More than 30 minutes of resuscitation of the mother didn’t produce results,” Marin said Saturday. “Both died.” Putin's Denazification. Really hope the rumours of his ill health are true and he has the worse end of life possible. |
i swear i read an article a few days ago that said she gave birth to a baby, nothing was mentioned of being born dead and her dying.
edit: here is the article

Different women, there were two pregnant women in the hospital (that I know), the other who survived was a (model?) who Russia accused of being a crisis actor... |
Ah had me al confused. Seriously this kind of shit will only make the people in Ukraine resist more, even if it costs them their life
Something I can get behind. Not sending more weapons that is.
I donated $50, will try a few games. Minimum is only $10, a steal for nearly 1,000 items.

The people of Ukraine are under attack. As game developers we want to create new worlds, not to destroy the one we have. That's why we've banded together to present this charity bundle to help Ukrainians survive this ordeal and thrive after the war ends. This cause has resonated with creators around the globe, to the extent that our bundle contains almost 1,000 games, tabletop RPGs, books, etc.
Over 700 creators have joined in support to donate their work. All proceeds from this bundle will be split between the following charities:

I know Russia has threatened Finland about attempting to join Nato will see a Russian military reaction. Thing is though, unlike Ukraine, Finland is an EU member. Whilst the EU doesn’t have an explicit defensive pact in its treaties like Nato’s article 5 it seems incredibly unlikely that the EU wouldn’t itself respond to an attack on a member state with its own military action.
Confirmed Russian losses in this war until 10 March :
- 156 tanks
- 635 military vehicles
- 12 aircrafts
- 11 helicopters
The numbers above are documented losses.
For comparison, Ukraine's data fot the same period - until 10 March https://www.polsatnews.pl/wiadomosc/2022-03-10/wojna-w-ukrainie-nowy-raport-o-stratach-rosyjskiej-armii/
- 335 tanks
- 1105 military vehicles
- 49 aircrafts
- 81 helicopters.

Stalker developer GSC Game World appears to have subtly changed the name of its upcoming and now on-hold sequel.
Its full title, Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl, has been altered on Steam to Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl - reflecting the Romanised Ukrainian version of the name, rather than its original (which is based on the Romanised Russian).
From getting disapproval for flirting with NFTs, now they get my full support. Take your time and stay safe.
I pre-ordered the game on Steam, maybe it will help a little bit.

I'm pretty sure it's more along the lines of Finland joining NATO would have political and military consequences, to which Russia would have to reach. Obviously Finland joining NATO would have political and military consequences since NATO is kind of a political and military organization, but that part's true regardless of Russia. I believe Russia has stated only that it would react, somehow, to Finland joining NATO. Of course the choice of words is probably not accidental, and it's probably meant to sound somewhat threatening - but not quite as threatening as directly threatening with a military reaction.
It's a fine line Russia has to walk here to try to minimize the likelyhood of Finland joining NATO, because they can't just allow Finland to join NATO like it's no big deal to them, but at the same time, they probably don't want to provoke Finland into more eagerly joining NATO (well, at least more than they are already doing).
this war needednt have started if there was no supression of russian ukranians. but its done now i hope it doesnt go on for too much longer. i hope the azov nazis get obliterated
