Annalena Baerbock to become President of the UN General Assembly, with ambitions to reform the organization. She aims to reduce redundancies, increase transparency, and strengthen the Assembly's role in selecting the UN Secretary-General. Russia, Belarus, and Serbia oppose her election.

I like her a lot, I wish she was still in the German government.

UN feels like a waste for her potential, as the UN is pretty much toothless.

Well, maybe she can change that somewhat.

Bad days for Russian aviation. Russian aviation related channel Fighterbomber confirms: a massive drone strike hit the airbase in Borisoglebsk (Russia) overnight. Russia has confirmed casualties among personnel — fatalities are reported.

Another airbase was hit but separately from the truck drone attack, it was the usual drones sent across the border tactic which I posted last night, Fighterbomber reports no equipment losses but they do report causalities.

🔔 Second round of Russia-Ukraine talks in Istanbul is about to start. Ukraine has already submitted its memorandum, while Russia remains vague and insists on discussing its memorandum behind closed doors.

❗️ The full version of the Ukrainian memorandum handed to the Russian side has been published.

🇹🇷 In Istanbul, talks have begun between Ukrainian and Russian delegations, mediated by Turkey.

Interesting they refused to let America in the "negotiations" from last month but Türkiye is mediating this one, Lol. Be interesting to see if Russia pulls their "We're going to kill you all, and all your families, if you don't surrender all your land to us!" with Türkiye in the room. Erdogan is an asshole but with the whole proxy-war, regional rivalries than Türkiye has with Russia, I don't think Erdogan will let the Russian side run wild.

Embarrassing for America that Russia told them to piss off but bends to Türkiye.

Also, Erdogan is very unlikely to pressure Ukraine into surrendering Crimea.

Look at these bedwetting Americans.

Americans When Country Defends Itself: "NOOOO YOU CAN'T DO THAT. IT MAKES ME UNCOMFORTABLE."

The US has only been 'fighting' countries that can't defend themselves since WW2, and still lost over and over.

The idea of fighting a country that can actually strike back is terrifying to the US, hence Trump saying No to Netanyahu wanting to bomb Iran. Keep bombing defenseless civilians instead. And why Trump was siding with Russia.

Now they are deeply uncomfortable with Ukraine successfully fighting back. As much a matter of ego (How can this pesky Zelensky do what we can't do) as scared to lose opportunities on the Russian markets.

Countries standing up for themselves against an overwhelming force is terrifying to the US. Zelensky just showed the world how to strike back effectively with drones that are getting cheaper and more available all the time. While Trump is left with his pants down lobbying for his golden dome.

Lol. Pissed about the drone attack and probably pissed that Turkiye is there as well, they are unlikely to go on a psychotic threat tangent with Turkiye mediating. Poor babies, the last time they were there they threatened to steal even more of Ukraine and threatened the delegations families, now all they're probably thinking about is their dozen destroyed planes.

Doubly so as Erdogan has supported Ukraine with some equipment, has invested into Ukraine quite a bit (there were plans in early February 2022 for co-financing the development and production of new Antonov planes) before the war, and has opposed Russia's influence in the Middle East and Africa, so he's certainly not going to support Russia's shenanigans all that much.

I was going to mention that as well, America is so fucking hypocritical, Lmao. Okay, WW2, Germany and Japan were a threat but still, a double nuke is like 10,000x worse than anything Ukraine has done to defend itself and by their logic, 10,000x more escalatory. But since WW2, America has only fought countries far weaker than itself and even so, has still done far, far worse and "escalatory" shit than Ukraine has ever done, again, to defend itself from an aggressor on its doorstep, America does it against countries half way across the world.

Ukraine is fighting for its life against a far bigger opponent and has consistently been demanded by bedwetting idiots in the West to fight said war like no other country has ever had to do in a war of defence all to avoid upsetting the aggressor, Wtf. Lmao. And they've still not gone even half as far as most of these Western countries have in recent history, I'd argue that Ukraine has probably been the most careful war fighter in recent history, careful to avoid upsetting the aggressor (Lmao), careful to avoid civilian casualties, careful to avoid upsetting their allies.

About time Ukraine ignores these idiots, all military targets are viable targets in war, that's war, that has always been war, you can't win a war by only defending the punches with your face. You have to be aggressive and on the attack as well. Ukraine can't be expected to fight a war like no other country has ever fought a war.

It's pure hypocrisy and cowardice, I know for a fact if America was in this position they'd turn Moscow to rubble and casually mass slaughter millions of Russians to get revenge for lets say, Florida being turned to rubble by Russia, and a large portion of Americans would be cheering it on, they'd drag Putin out and publicly execute him, Ukraine ain't even done 20% of what America would do in the same position, Lmao. America is one of the most bloodthirsty countries in the world when it feels another country has burnt it.

Americans When Country Defends Itself: "NOOOO YOU CAN'T DO THAT. IT MAKES ME UNCOMFORTABLE."

Americans When They Defend Themselves:

Also America: "Woohoo! Slaughter those Palestinians, Israel! Also kill Iran as well!"

Americans bedwetting about Ukraine defending itself, maybe if Ukraine didn't have its hands tied behind its back for years it would have been in a much better position now, but cowards got their way, I'm glad Ukraine is not listening to the cowards anymore.

  • Don't attack the bombers that are throwing missiles at your civilians!
  • Don't attack the oil refineries! Russia will be super mad! Also we need their oil.
  • Don't attack Moscow! The place where all the decisions to slaughter your country are being made!
  • Don't attack Russian territory! Accept them throwing bombs at you from across the border!
  • Don't attack those troops inside Russia who are preparing to be sent across the border to slaughter your country!
  • Don't attack Kerch Bridge which supplies the Russian army, it's escalatory!

Basically...Don't do anything...Fight a war like nobody in history has ever fought a war, especially not America, the absolute fucking hypocrites. All they're demanding is Ukraine invents a completely new way of fighting a war, and that's by sitting back and letting Russia bomb them, these fucking idiots, do they watch boxing matches and think "WHY IS THAT DUDE HITTING BACK?! HE SHOULD JUST DEFEND WITH HIS HEAD!"

It's also untrue, Russia DOES use those planes to attack Ukraine with. And it is also strategic, if Russia doesn't want to lose anymore nuclear capable planes then they should actually take peace negotiations seriously, if Russia starts a war against NATO because Ukraine bombed their planes used to kill innocent Ukrainians then so be it. That means it was always going to happen at some point anyway, because that would just show how incredibly fucking stupid and far gone Russia is, we'd just be delaying the inevitable.

  • "Omg we can't give Ukraine western tanks, Russia will nuke us"
  • "Omg we can't give Ukraine western missiles, Russia will nuke us"
  • "Omg why did Ukraine destroy a Russian sub, Russia will nuke us"
  • "Omg why did Ukraine invade Russian land, Russia will nuke us"
  • "Omg why is Ukraine using our missiles on Russian land, Russia will nuke us"
  • "Omg why is Ukraine blowing up Russian planes, Russia will nuke us"

Ever get tired of being not only pathetic cowards, but also, wrong every single time? Lol. Fact is, Ukraine hasn't even done HALF of what America would do if it was in the same position, and these bedwetters would be chanting "USA! USA! USA! SLAUGHTER THEM! NOBODY MESSES WITH THE GREATEST COUNTRY ON EARTH!" Lol.

It's quite ironic that you mentioned Palestine, because last night a pro Palestinian protestor used a flamethrower or something against pro Israeli protestors. The Palestinians have no mercy and this extends to their supporters as well. I'm gonna spank svennoJ and possibly RolStoppable as well bc I'm bored at work.

He never recognised Crimea as Russian either and has always supported Ukraine's claim to it, a lot of Crimean Tartars are in Türkiye IIRC and the Black Sea is now the Türkiye Sea which Erdogan doesn't want to change, he will support Ukraine's claim to Crimea if only because it weakens Russia's force projection in the Black Sea. Erdogan has probably been creaming himself at Ukraine effectively wiping out Russia's Black Sea naval strength.

And yeah, Türkiye and Russia are geological rivals even if Erdogan and Putin shake hands occasionally and pretend to be best buddies, Erdogan does what is best for Erdogan and that's keeping Russia at bay and expanding Türkiye's influence and power, Türkiye literally just helped spank Assad out of Syria too. I don't trust Erdogan, I hate the dude, but eh, I think he will be a useful asshole in these meetings.

Only good thing he has done is fucking over Russia.
