“Peace” from the mouth of Trump is turning into a dirty word meaning “capitulation.” Much like how they have sullied the meaning of the word “patriot.”

In parliament, Strack-Zimmermann has since been chairing the Subcommittee on Security and Defence. She is also a member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs. In addition to her committee assignments, she is part of the parliament's delegations to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and to the EU-Chile Joint Parliamentary Committee

Therefore Trump is using all means at his disposal to force him to.
Zelensky is right, the criminal shouldn't be rewarded. If he does, the chances are he will recover and strike again.

The problem with that it would cost them a fuck load of money. Australia cancelled our submarine deal with France and it cost us big. We went wit the USA, now you got to wonder if that was the right decision, cause who knows what the clown will decide to do next when he ran out of people to bully lol. |
It depends on what exactly is mentioned in the contract. France was absolutely vivid when that contract was cancelled and wanted to punish Australia as much as possible when it happened. The reason was because they were not allowed to sell nuclear subs to non-nuclear countries like Australia - but that's exactly what the US did, who came up with that clause in the first place.
As for Poland, the question about financing all the new fancy equipment had cropped up a couple times already, so this might be a nice excuse as for why they wanted to cancel that contract.
The US are more and more going to "Rules for thee, but not for me".

Poland and EU is F35 fleet isn't worth anything anymore since starting up the plane requires Amerussian authorisation. Poland w d other EU countries should really consider cancelling their F35 orders.
Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar
The Baltic states are "very unhappy" after the UK failed to invite their leaders to join a summit on Ukraine this weekend, a European diplomatic source has said. The source, with knowledge of the situation, warned that Moscow would notice with interest that Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia have been excluded. "Russia and our publics will clearly assess this that we are sold out by the US, but also by [the] UK and France," said the source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
The source said the leaders of Norway, Finland, Sweden and Poland were among the invitees, noting Helsinki and Warsaw have both publicly ruled out contributing troops to an international security force in Ukraine. The source said members of the Baltic states "have a plan… but [were] not invited". "All three Balts are among the highest supporters for Ukraine in terms of percentage of GDP and capabilities provided," the source said.
"All decisions directly impact our security. Like another pact to divide Europe or take us for granted. Shameful." The UK regards Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia as key partners. The three Baltic states are closely allied with Britain as members of the Joint Expeditionary Force, a grouping of like-minded European NATO member states.
DeepState noted that after reaching a peak in territorial gains in November, Russia's advance has been slowing for three consecutive months – December, January and February. "Despite losing momentum, with the pace of advance now comparable to last July, the enemy continues to suffer heavy manpower losses. The enemy's activity has decreased, although it has not ceased entirely, with the defence forces repelling hundreds of attacks daily."

So not only is Ukraine's sovereignty threatened, but Europe itself is starting to show fractures as the Baltic states realize they may be left out in the cold.
Trumputin are doing their work well. It's like an informal Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact.
