^I didn't get to see that game, due to watching the Panthers. I will agree with you on the officiating this year. There are some really bad refs.

Eagles punted in the 4th with 2:30 remaining on the clock. The Falcons used all of their timeouts on that defensive stop to get the ball back with a sufficient amount of time and go down the field and score. The score at the time was 20-14 eagles. So eagles punt and Jennings (Falcons punt returner) waves of the team to not touch the ball. The ball lands close to Jennings but does not touch him, and the eagles pick it up and run it into the endzone for a td. Mike Smith (Falcons coach) runs out onto the field with his challenge flag but couldnt challenge because they had no more timeouts left and it couldnt be reviewed by the officials because it was over 2 mins in the game. WTF!!

The league should make it so that the refs can review something based on their own judgment. I'm sure they have an offical up in the booth who gets to see all of the replays, they should let him over-rule some of the obvious bad calls.

^^ let it go let it go ..... although I agree with the ref sucking this year . They are ridiculously overprotecting players with fines and yard penalties for perfectly legal hits . That shit pisses me off its god damn football let them rip each others head off they get paid millions .

yikes that is ridiculous though. if it was within 2 minutes, they would have reviewed it upstairs. i think it should of been reviewed up there anyways.

How about them Super Bowl defending Giants though? Played like true champions tonight. I hope the Titans get humbled tomorrow so we can all get back to speculating who's the best. I doubt it'll happen against a hurt and basically worthless Colts team.
