I'm still a believer in 160m+. Even though they are losing Europe, they are gaining Indonesia and possibly India. That could keep Switch 1 alive in other markets as well for at least a few more years. I can see them crossing 160m in 2029, but I don't see it getting to 161m (not needed anyway).

Originally predicted 140m, I can see it crossing the 160m at this point maybe 162m is where it settles at.

Guess we gotta see how Indonesia does, but getting a free pokemon game with the purchase of a NS1 or 2 is really nice

As for the matter of the price drops.
Let s see if the dust of price hikes in some components will have subsided by 2029.
If Ns is still around then, it might finally get a brave price slash.

Considering the 0,66 million shipped consoles on the last quarter, which is quite higher than expected considering that the projected numbers were 2 million for the year and it was on a non-holliday quarter, I truly believe that the Switch is on pace to reach 161 million units on the market.
