Forums - Nintendo - Epic Hates Wii - thinks it's a "Virus"

This happened to me. Bujt, it wasn't the Wii or my Ps3. It was exactly the system they made their best game on.

Look now, I am no longer part of the M$ camp. He should just shut up if he knows whats good for his career and popularity.

Damn things have changed since 2009 began. Here are my new visions for the end of the generation.

Wii: 135 mil

Ps3: 85 mil

360: 60 mil

This is where the whole "fad" notion came from.

There are Wii owners out there (I know a few) who simply bought the console because one of their friends had it. They were originally impressed by the motion controls, but now all it does is collect dust.

He's describing a class of consumer that does exist, an impulse buyer.

I does exist, but not only the Wii suffers from this symptom.

And is it a symptom, really?

A unit sold is a unit sold. It's not like Nintendo depends on game sales to turn a profit. A consumer who grabs a Wii on impulse is far more likely to become an active consumer in the gaming market than somebody who doesn't buy a console at all.

I would not call it a symptom for Nintendo ,Sony or microsoft. But I do think the consumer how thinks he will have lots of fun with a console but stops with playing after 3 months suffers from it.

Lol, fail thread since it has already been made.
