-Zelda with 1:1 swordfighting

-Wii's second Mario platformer will be announced, to be released in 2010-11 (Mario and Zelda are the only two franchises they really hype years before launch)
-Big showing of Disaster
-Announce a solution to the storage problem (A very large SD card, a proprietary hard drive, or external Hard Drive support) to be released alongside either a Pokemon or Animal Crossing MMO.
-Red Steel 2 (I believe there will be a demo of this there as well) with actual usable controls
-Alongside RS, a brand new action franchise from Ubisoft.
-Nintendogs Wii (I'd buy it! )
-Of course, WiiWare will have its' lid blown off as well, with all known titles shown in a video montage.

And for the casuals:

-Mario Sports games
-Wii Strip (XD jk)


For the DS, I can only guess:
-Perfect Prosecutor
-Professor Layton 2
-Donkey Kong Country 4 (They bought the rights to all DK characters from Rare)
-New Super Mario Bros 2 (Please?)
-Elite Beat Agents 2 (DOUBLE Please???)
-New Brain Age game
-DS/Wii Fit interactivity

I want to see some new franchises (as in character-driven), and I want to know what will be the next system-seller after Wii Fit in 2009 (Christmas 2008 in Japan?). Just out of curiosity, not because I'd buy it myself.



Hardcore gaming is a bubble economy blown up by Microsoft's $7 $6 billion losses.

Monolith unveiling of wii rpg(they already said thie rmaking it but no updates)
Actual game footage for Diaster Day and Fatal frame
Two big third party games are announce for the wii
One new ip for the wii from nintendo
Reggie big game announcement
A new peripheral
More games using zapper and balance board

@Dareware: Wii Strip is a joke that's been going around the 'net, because they're making all these peripherals with games (Wii Sports comes with the console, Wii Play comes with a controller, and Wii Fit has the Balance Board). Jokingly, it comes with a touch-sensitive pole and the game teaches you how to be a stripper lol.

'XD' is just an emoticon that's supposed to look like a guy with crossed eyes and an open mouth, and jk means just kidding.

Things I'm hoping for (all for Wii):

New Zelda with a ZOMGWTFAWESOME trailer
New Kid Icarus
New proper Donkey Kong (no chance in hell)
New proper, internally developed Star Fox (see above)

Things I'm expecting but don't necessarily care for:

Wii Sweatin' to the Oldies feat. Richard Simmons

Kid Icarus will be coming for the '08 holiday season. -- with sexy results.

The new Zelda will be announced but it won't come out until Spring '09 at the earliest. -- with sexy results.

Most every sports game will be remade with a Wii Sports-type interface. -- with sexy results.

I doubt there will be a New Zelda, not with the legs that Phantom Hourglass and Twilight Princess have, and if it is announced, its probably coming late 09' (like November). Other than that, maybe a Metroid DS sequel or an upcoming project from their Oh-so-secretive 1st & 2nd parties. Don't hope for too much though.
