Castlevania aria of sorrow

Spoilers of course: the protagonist turning into Dracula himself and Belmont showing up to fulfill his promise of killing you, recreating what is perhaps the most famous and instantly recognizable scene of series combined with some incredible mood setting music... man it is such a great ending! and I like it way more than the good ending

On topic, I prefer the ending in Mass Effect 3's extended cut

Where you can either ignore the star child or flat out shoot him. Sure it ends civilization, but it's the only choice that felt right for my renegade Shepard.

Fatal Frame 2: Wii Edition.

More a reimagining than a port, this version contains several new endings, but I still feel the most powerful ones are the canon one and one of the new "bad" ones, instead of the newly added happy one.
