Ed Boon also said Armegeddon did pretty well on Wii in terms of sales.

Personally, i have no interest in this game. Frankly, i think its the stupidest direction they could have taken the MK Franchise. Its basically a rip off of what marvel did with Capcom (Capcom VS Marvel) -- And honestly, MK games went down after MK3.

This is the stupidest direction they could have taken the franchise.
I mean,
wouldn't DC characters dominate Mortal Kombat characters?
Superman alone could take out everyone, no one In Mortal Kombat has Kryptonite.

They took out fatalities (I guess superman is just too good of a guy to rip some one's spleen out).

But really, on what level is this not a bad idea? Mortal Kombat minus blood or gore plus comic book heroes that would easily dominate every mortal kombat character. Why not take out the violence all together and add some Dragon Ball Z characters to the mix too? Goku and Subzero can debate the ethics of abortion with Dark Sied as moderator. That would actually be a far better game.
