Thanks for the heads up Rol, I would have missed it if you hadn't called out in the Brawl thread.

It was interesting, had fun, but I was rusty - haven't played in a month (thesis). Seems like the switching ISP I am in the middle of is perfect 'cause I got disconnected on the last two GPs at the second race.

koopatrooper: you get a star if you finished all GP's with at least one star, same goes for 2 and 3 stars.

About the race today: I wasn't paying attention on the first GP, so when I looked, we already were starting. I had to race as Mario in a freaking KART the entire Gp, man that sucked. Good thing the second GP went a lot better with my trusty bike.

Sigh.

I tried to counter rolfs odd way of winning in the first GP but it didn't work, I think perhaps because of more people involved... From now on I am just going to race like I used to.

Tito is much better than the last time I raced him, shame about the disconnections.

^When he joined last Thursday there were only 3 of us... I won the 1st GP easily, but on the second one rolf got crafty with the items, starting slow or holding back a bit to get better items like mushrooms. So he won the 2nd GP. After race 2 of GP3 I decided to try it myself and it meant I just scraped a win.

and yeah i love winning that way but if there are more then a certain amount of people it really doesn't work that well ^^
