See if you can convince your family to buy these. Traps the rat without killing it, so then you can release them somewhere else.

Only real option besides killing them. But, if they are trapped in glue traps, killing them is far more humane than leaving them to suffer.

Don't use poison or glue traps they're pretty disgusting/cruel. My family used glue traps once when i was 10, the poor mouse chewed it's own legs off and face planted in the glue, was still alive the next day. Use the old fashion bait traps, quick and painless.

For baby rats, you could probably use the plastic ones that are designed for mice. Rats are sometimes too strong for them and can break out, but they should work for the babies.

Where can I find those?If there not certain stores?

Amazon and Home Depot have them online. If you want to physically go to a store, I can't like... find them in your area for you. You'll have to do a little leg work here.
