That's what Toronto's Mayor Mel Lastman said during IOC's olympic bidding tours for the 2008 Olympics. Interestingly enough, this was not the stupidest thing he did or said while Mayor.

I believe the Europeans and US do nothing to help Africa because there is no oil, so there fore not important.

Carved up continent abondoned by all. Corruption leads the way in Africa with puppet leaders usig their powers to suck every last resources left and hand them over to Europe. As we speak genecide still goes on in AFRICA.

Man i love Africa, i lived the first 6 years of my life in Nigeria. I just think Africa is beautiful in its own way

Zimbabwe... someone needs to step in there,

First the guy ruins his country do to racist polcies which turn the breadbasket of africa to the dustbowl of africa with a giant food deficit and massive inflation, and now he's rigging elections... or he can't rig elections anymore so he just really stalls them while he gets things togehter.

Africa? 

Major, MAJOR issues. The countries there (with the exception of a few) have an abundance of natural resources and land, but due to the corruption of those in power the people live in horrid conditions and most of the countries don't contribute anything to the world as a whole.

^^ It's not like that, many advanced countries want to take things in their own hands to prevent other countries that have soo much resources like African to be much more advanced, and they dont want that. They want a corrupted Africa
