You've got lots of options. The most obvious: 1) Learn it in an evening class. If you live in a city there's almost certainly a class. 2) Learn it on your own from a book, CD, etc. Look on Amazon and you'll see loads of do it yourself stuff for learning languages. 3) Learn it at university as part of your course. Mandarin and Business would be a good option. At the moment these are on offer:

University of Birmingham: International Business with Language - (Mandarin Chinese)
University of Leeds: Chinese and Economics
University of Nottingham: Economics with Chinese Studies
University of Westminster: International Business (Mandarin Chinese)

By the time you come to apply there'll probably be more options, or you could combine it with another subject like computing. Ucas.com is the place to look. Good luck!
