Have been a long since the last entry, I guess there will be a lot of people excited for it.

Have you not played Perfect Dark (N64/360) before?

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Id agreed, I liked it more then Zelda OoT, however majority might disagree with us here.

It sits on a 97 Meta for good reason.

I remember only the reveal and all the hype it generated at the time, but haven`t played, at the time I had no friend with N64, and on the X360 it wasn`t that much talked anymore so I flought under my radar.

On the flip side, it’s so old most young gamers never heard of it. It’s a pretend new IP, so creative of MS ;)

Well if you ever consider giving it a try, I would recommend playing the 360 version which you can get either via the digital store or on Rare's Replay. I consider it Rare's best game.

i like the multiplayer of the old one better, besides the x360 version hasnt aged greatly

They may not have heard of it still when it get announced people may research or MS can hype the foundation, let`s see the route they will take. But yes being so long a reboot would make more sense than a sequel.

Will keep the suggestion noted.

Hmm the N64 version aged a lot worse. After all the 360 version is 1080p @60 fps with actual improvements to the faces etc plus the use of the 360 pad. I 100% the N64 version and the under 20fps and 480x222 resolution didnt make it any easier.
