Was expecting a flop but i'm glad this is doing well. I feel like the game is a promising move in the franchise from the recent previews apparently it's better than i thought. Hopefully GF just takes it a leap further and works on that engine or perfecting the graphics cause oh boy, some areas are like barely gamecube level graphics and Switch can do A LOT better. The artstyle just isn't appealing at all. Some areas it looks like a cute painting but some others like the mountains and water is one of the worst i've seen in a while. And this is from a studio that sell 10+ million copies every main games, it's pretty unacceptable. Odyssey, Xenoblade and Botw made it work and they were all smaller franchises. Even Kirby looks MILES better.

Having already defeated the BDSP pre-order total it will be interesting to see if it gets higher first week sales.

It also only needs 25 more pre-orders for the 650 milestone. That would mean more pre-orders at COMG than Pokémon featured in all generations up until the end of Gen 5.
