Healthy numbers for Tales of Arise. Looking like it’s going to have competitive numbers similar to Tales of Berseria on PS4+PS3 which sold 330,000 across both systems.
Tales of Arise selling 300,000 lifetime is well within the realms of possibility.
Looks like it’s going to be the final big PS4 hit for 2021 too. After that the only PS4 game coming out that has similar sales potential is Horizon Forbidden West.
Gran Turismo isn’t the blockbuster series that it used to be in Japan and God of War isn’t as popular there.

I haven't been saying it when the game gets a mere 1 point for the day and I don't post until the weekend is over to recap how well it did during the weekend. You should tell the folks in Japan to stop pre-ordering the game if you want me to stop using words that are thematically connected to the game, which the producer explained the abbreviation of the title is Arise and ToArise (I've been using both here) and that the characters rise up to overturn their suppressive environment. But of course you have an issue with the non-Nintendo game getting hyped up about. Same thing with KH3. Everyone talking about Nintendo in COMG thread (I stayed in my lane and never said a word about how spammy they got) while I talked about KH3 then got deemed as spam for getting hyped and talking about KH3 because it went against the collective consciousness of the thread. So obviously, I expected someone to reply to me with this and as expected... you did. lol

Just a few weeks ago, in the weekly hardware chart thread, PS5 finally outsold Switch in Europe by a few hundred units. I mentioned it because Europe has been known as Sonyland for the longest for obvious reasons and since the PS4 to PS5 transition (along with stock issues), it hasn't been #1 in EU. lol I explained it in detail for all to understand, but I expected some Switch-centric user to reply because they couldn't handle 1 week of Switch not being #1. Not only that, I even said I did not care for Sony. As expected, Switch-centric user (shall not be named) replied with "Ah yes, *fixes glasses and sees few hundred difference* Sonyland." That pettiness backfired on them because PS5 been #1 weekly in EU lately. Anyhoo, the finish line is so close but you couldn't even hold on for 7 more days. lol Focus on your Switch games.

This isn't a matter of system wars or brand allegiance. You can post about Arise all you want. Using the same exact phrase day after day after day after day just kinda came off as spam, that's all.
