Hear that CMA, COD is gonna be forever on playstation. CMA doesn't have to be aggressive anymore let's put this on the front page and show CMA that Microsoft will put COD forever as multiplat for PLaystations :)

Tell me if I'm wrong, MS can't legally say things in certainty about CoD staying multiplat until they actually own ABK? "Our intent" or similar wording is all they can legally say until it's finished. 

With Microsoft actually commiting to have Minecraft multiplat on Playstation even when they finally purchased mojang and bringing Minecraft to Switch, I think Microsoft will commit to their Statement don't matter before or after purchase? If it does go through you bet their next Acquisition they'll loose their exclusivity to certain franchise if challenged?

Kind of, I don't think there's anything illegal to affirm things in a legally binding way here but even if they do it still would only reflect their intent as the deal may or may not go through and to actually be valid it would need to be said between the parties involved and not between 1 party and the public.

So yeah they can use phrasing which would legally bind them in another context but the actual context would make it invalid here anyway.

very solid month for gamepass, and hey a 1st party title! Can't help to think a good portion of these games would've been good spooky ones for October lol
