halo infinite always has the can't find dedicated server issue...So annoying.

Apparently MCC is having the same issue. Just a day after Infinite finally gets a win with an event that's actually fun I've never understood how gaming companies have to rely on "reports" to know that something is going wrong.

And always when I use my boost ..  Especially when I have 4 challenges

- Play a match in the event
- Play a match in the event

- Win a match in the event

-Play 3 matches in the event.

I think there is a pretty decent chance that Xbox starts off the 10th console generation with a sales lead over Sony. They will have a larger software portfolio and will likely pay to secure better supply.

Worldwide no but in the US there is a chance.  Sony would need to make some major mistakes and MS hits it out the ball park for that to happen.

So far this gen, Sony has been testing to see how far they can go or get away with. Whether that be increasing the price of the console in every region outside the US, the $10 upgrade fees, the slightly more expensive month-to-month subscription service.

Whereas Microsoft this gen has been all about value with 2 very differently priced SKU's, Xbox All Access. Keeping that consistency of value throughout the generation, soon to be including the Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family to only further add to the value. Along with no further fees for cross-gen titles. The biggest bow to put it all together to launch Xbox into the stratosphere is the consistency in the first-party exclusives and third-party Game Pass deals. Which from what it looks like, is starting in 2023.

The firmware update for Xbox consoles has arrived and now the Xbox Series consoles boot up faster! I think the update improves the boot time for the Xbox One consoles as well, but I don't have one of those to verify that.

I guess give it another try?

I agree with you on your points but none of those items seem to really hit them to the point where MS is at a position to challenge Sony global marketshare.  In the US its a different story but even in the US, Sony continue to put out must have content.  If MS first party can challenge in this area, I believe they can sale better in the US and probably the UK but Sony has such a strong markeshare globally that it would be huge challenge.

Phil needs to tell Jimbo to fuck off at this point, let it go to court if they have to.
