Microsoft Gaming is basically like Linkedin, it's separated from the rest of Microsoft to make their own policies, teams, etc. Still funded by Microsoft but as I mentioned, Linkedin despite all of that is still grouped into Productivity and Business so who knows, maybe that's more down to the fact that Linkedin isn't exactly meant to be a profit focused business? Gotcha! If that's the case, Microsoft really didn't take the gaming division all that seriously all these years then if Xbox is only now getting positions made that would make them as part of Microsoft's overall business strategy.
