I don't see anything MP being exclusive as I feel that will just hurt the player base. But day one game pass is pretty cool for people that want it.

Als, this gives me hope for Heroes of the Storms... If Microsoft can push to make it the GamePass MOBA and add maybe Halo, Gears, Fallout, heroes in it, it can actually become something :)
Also, Battle.net is a goner.
While monopolies are undoubtedly bad news for the video game industry, this acquisition could have some positive effects on Blizzard both culturally and strategically. Under Activision, every game had to be a billion-dollar franchise. Under Xbox, that will likely change

Every new CoD title day 1 on GP, and probably exclusive (not Warzone, obviously) to the Xbox ecosystem will do A LOT for Xbox.
And I say this as someone who doesn't personally care about CoD in the least.

Hard to imagine it not going through when you have companies like Tencent running around buying everything. There are still lots of huge companies in gaming. Doubt there's any real danger of this getting broken up.
Just recently Phil was like they are rethinking their relationship with Activision-Blizzard after the bad toxic news. I guess this is what that meant. Bahhaha.
