For sure. I bet it was a net benefit for Outriders too despite some claiming People Can Fly got dicked by game pass. A fact is the game was a buggy mess with little to no hype. And devs were slow fixing the issues so it never had any legs. It would've bombed without gp.

Crap!  I didn't pre-order and just had it sitting in my cart.  Now it's out of stock.

I do think Mexico is stunning but I think at this point I still prefer the UK setting .. but, Mexico is definitely becoming my favourite.

While of course this is all personal preference, I have to say that UK bored me so much that I barely played HO4 but HO5 I am like a lot more.  I believe Mexico was definitely a good call because I am really not into racing games but HO5 has hooked me better with its atmosphere then the other entries.

Maybe go for medium size with Christmas incoming and all. Won't matter if you put on a little weight.

Also, I kinda love that Playground chose to do Mexico over something predictable, as it's a location that isn't really done much and even when it is, it usually has that stupid piss yellow filter slapped over it for absolutely no reason, I think Playground has done a brilliant job on showing the beauty of Mexico and I even remember when it was announced, some folk weren't sure because they thought Mexico wasn't diverse then you actually look into the region and see that it's pretty damn diverse.

I would be fine if Playground for future entries focused on areas which aren't represented that much in film/games or aren't represented in positive ways, Lol. Of course the areas still have to be geographically diverse but I also enjoy being positively surprised, it's more something 'new' in a way too. I do think Asia or South America should be next though, maybe even two countries again, Lol.

That's exactly what I was thinking in terms of where Playground should go next. I would throw Africa in the mix personally! Specifically Tanzania, Mozambique, or Zimbabwe! I can imagine driving by Mt Kilimanjaro or having your own personal African Safari :)

Terrible news tbh. It’s too crowded right now with games. Idk why they didn’t just wait til December.

If true, most likely it is, I have a feeling this was decided well before DICE announced that BF2042 was delayed into the middle of November. It would be awesome to play the MP a few weeks early, but man, launching it at the exact same time as Battlefield.......that's gonna be tough to overcome.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but November 15th is before The Game Awards cutoff, right? While I doubt Halo MP has any chance of a GOTY nomination, it seems like a strong contender for the Best Multiplayer award, considering it's going against a rather meh CoD and Battlefield this year, Forza Horizon 5, and a few other MP games from this year.

The CoD multiplayer is really good this year. I’m a treyarch guy and I’m enjoying it more than Cold War. I loved Cold War too btw.

Makes sense, that or they're jealous of Forza Horizon and want to slash its legs off :kappa:

I doubt Microsoft would wanna cannibalize one of their own games lol, but idk how much of Forza's playerbase Halo would take away from since you automatically assume Halo would take away players from CoD and BF2042. Then again, FH5 has taken the gaming world by storm.....
