Yes, I have been playing the game on the series X and the game is definitely gorgeous.  I always thought this was a twin stick shooter so I always aim with the right stick.  Also ducking behind cover and aiming high will save you from dying a lot since the AI cannot shot you behind cover.  You have to be careful when you see someone duck as aiming high will miss then and you have to come out of cover to take them down.  Circle strafing is also your best friend as it will allow single shot guns to miss you more often as well.  During missions its always good to do a little scouting as you will find all kinds of upgrades and side missions.  I never seem to need to purchase any guns or armor because I pick up so much on mission runs as I usually go off and search the area and find all types of goodies.  Currently only playing solo so it can be challenging with a lot of enemies but so far the game is fun. 

It's indeed refreshing to see them selling 4 digit numbers in Japan. Has been a long time since they managed to do so. It's also interesting that right now they sell around 1/4 of Playstation 5 does so it's quite an achievement. Would be interesting to see how long they can keep themselves in 4 digit range. Xbox One was probably in double digit range at this point launch aligned or very close to it. Still it's quite unlikely to even reach Xbox numbers LT which are around 400k I think, but we'll see. As I've been saying for a long time, sales don't really matter, the games are. If 200-300k LT in Japan is enough to get all devs and publishers on board, then so be it. Not a big deal. TGS is around the corner, Xbox will definitely be there, so I'm hyped for whatever they announce here, even though they'll probably keep the bigger announcements for something like E3 or Game Awards.

At least they could have encrypted these text files I think to make them unreadable by datamining. Seems a bit strange they haven't done it.

How does VGC count views? I have no doubt that Empire is one of the most popular threads atm, just by looking at what's going on here, probably the most popular thread even if not count old ones that went inactive. But looking at view counter at user profiles and number of votes at front page polls, I find it hard to believe that view count here is not inflated by some bots
