Ok I'm hooked 13 hours in. I turned down all the visual 'enhancements' like blur and bloom to make it more easy on eyes.
Deus Ex (2000) - a game that pushes the boundaries of what the video game medium is capable of to a degree unmatched to this very day.

You can turn off chromatic abhorattion and vignette as well, they only make image look worse (especially CA).

I hope this is an option in the Switch version too. Switching off CA in Doom helped a lot. Far out I hate that pointless, garbage effect. Failing that, if they're just straight up disabled as part of the downgrade, that'd be a step up in my book.

Well, I'm hoping they will give you guys that option, I'm pretty sure console versions didn't have choice. Along with DoF and motion blur, that's something I turn of by default if the game allows it (or if there are ini settings that can disable it).

Saves from original game don't work with GOTY edition. Why? No idea. |
I didn't even buy the GOTY edition, just standard and not working...

Wow, yeah it seems Standard Disc isn't compatible with Standard Digital either. So there's at least 3 versions of the game with incompatible saves on PS4, pretty incredible.
