The google thing makes sense actually. That explains a SONY motive, also could explain MS, but why would would T2 care? That's just means more consumers for them.
It is debunked because it was based on literal nothing.
It is like me saying Google is going to buy Nintendo, I have no sources to prove this and people treating that it is fact!
