Some of my favorite games as a kid: Asteroids Centipede Space Invaders Venture Some Karate game They would say "Full Point" or "Half Point" when you kicked the guy. Fun, but I forget the name One-on-One Kings Quest Wizardry Pitfall Syndicate
And a few hundred more. I would like to see one of those again.

The karate game is Karate Champ, arguably the game that started the whole 1-on-1 fighting genre. Would you really want to see it updated though? Points-based fighting games = not a lot of fun. I would much rather see an update of Yie Ar Kung Fu, although that's probably still just nostalgia.
Isn't Super Stardust HD basically an updated Asteroids clone? In any case, none of the games based on that format (Blasteroids etc.) ever really improved upon the original, so you're probably better sticking with that.
I believe there was a recent Space Invaders game for the PSP, but again it's a format that hasn't really improved over time.
Pitfall and Centipede have had their time. I can't see any reason to revisit those particular titles.
Syndicate? Now that's a different story! The original is still one of the best games ever made. I recently downloaded and played the American Revolt expansion pack for the first time. Damn is that game hard! They don't make 'em like that anymore! Syndicate Wars kinda sucked though. In an interview in 2006, Pete Molyneux said that Syndicate was the one franchise of his that he wanted to ressurect:
"Aside from the licensing complications, some sort of next-gen online version of Syndicate would certainly be popular with gamers."
Now that would be frickin' awesome! The licensing issue means it will probably never happen though.
