Crash Team Racing appears to be timed exclusive to playstation, since no xbox or nintendo logo was there.

Breath of the Wild still would have won.
That's one less year of programming, development, and polish for RDR2, and with what we've heard about how hard the developers had to work right up until the end to make the game the way it is, subtracting a year of development time would have negatively impacted the game considerably.
