Forums - Nintendo - Prime 4 aside, will Nintendo show off something left-field at TGA's this year?

Prime 4, Prime trilogy and Bayo 3 will all be shown I feel (even if thy have been announced already - prime trilogy not). I dunno if Nintendo will announce anything new though. It might be too many cards being played. I guess Animal Crossing could be shown off too.

I dont think Animal Crossing is a good fit for this show.

The Game Awards seems like its catered to teenage/young adult males while Animal Crossing is more popular among children and females.

Agreed, sadly. I want AC more than any other game if they do it right, but that's a game that would be better announced in a direct or E3 than this show.

Is there any really weight or credibility behind these Prime 4 rumors or are people just doing the most???
I think Nintendo has learned of the show's target audience, and I think Prime 4 would be a great reveal, but I'm just not that optimistic...
I'd be happy to see more of Bayonetta 3, but they might face criticism for showing more of the game they announced last year...
I'm not sure this is the place to show Animal Crossing either...
As for HD remakes of the Prime Trilogy, I'll take it, but again I'm not optimistic...
I think we should all accept the possibility of Smash Bros. inspired Fortnite skins...

Have a nice day...

Anything already announced can be shown.

Pikmin 4 is my most wanted announcement from Nintendo right now, and that certainly would be out of left-field. I highly doubt they would announce that. Metroid or Bayonetta, maybe both. But most likely only Bayonetta 3

Everyone is saying we won't see much more than a trailer for Smash Ultimate, but I fully believe the first DLC character will be revealed. For Nintendo to not take advantage of this moment, it would be foolish.

I.... dont see it.I feel like Nintendo will play it safe with Metroid and Smash.Even Bayonetta 3 will probably be held off for January.

But if it does happen, I think the most likely candidate will be Retro game, be it the Starfox game or another title. With TGA getting bigger with each year, having a WTF moment like that would really benefit Nintendo and that title.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.
