He-man wasn't even as good as She-ra.  For as popular as it was--and I loved it as a kid--He-man was a terrible show where nothing much ever happened except we got to see a lot of the same animation being used over and over (and over).  I've seen He-man run toward the camera and jump roughly 17 million times.  At least She-ra was interesting.  Looking back, I think I was just into He-man for Battle Cat and the cool looking minions of evil.

Thundarr was so much better.

That was one of a number of ways Filmation was able to get their episodes completed on time despite budget constraints.  Another was to take something already animated for one episode and color it differently for another episode.  I.E., He-Man fights a Red Dragon in one episode, and then later fights a Blue Dragon in a later episode.

I see... my son is loving the new tmnt, so perhaps he will like the new thundercats as well.

I hope you don't mean Rise of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. -_-

I bet it is, never cared to check the name, but it's the new one... I guess from Nickelodeon.

I just see he liking it very much... well he wasn't born in the 80's and is under 4y so he likes it.

EPIC: SKELETOR DRINKS MUMM-RA'S ASHES

Upon the delivery of the Sword of Power, the Ancient Spirits of Evil tell Skeletor to do with Mumm-Ra as he pleases. Naturally, doing what every good villain does, he incinerates Mumm-Ra leaving only his helmet and a pile of ashes. That isn't the end of Mumm-Ra though. Skeletor recognizes that, despite being dead, Mumm-Ra's remains are a significant source of power.

Skeletor gets to work, pouring the remains into test tubes. Mumm-Ra speaks to Skeletor and informs him that as long as evil exists, so will Mumm-Ra. A quick cast of a spell and stir of Mumm-Ra potion later and Skeletor chugs the evil-infused Gatorade much to the protest of Mumm-Ra's disembodied voice. Skeletor goes on to reveal that without Mumm-Ra's power, the Power of Grayskull would kill anyone it entered that wasn't worthy, or in this case, ever-living.

From:

10 Reasons The He-Man/ThunderCats Crossover Is EPIC (And 5 It SUCKS)

https://www.cbr.com/10-reasons-the-he-manthundercats-crossover-is-epic-and-5-it-sucks/

This is just confusing! MUMM-RA CANNOT DIE - HE IS IMMORTAL!!! The very idea of Skeletor somehow ingesting his ashes and it being the end of Mumm-ra, makes no sense...    ...if anything, I should think Skeletor would have made a fatal mistake by consuming the Mumm-ra gatorade, as Mumm-ra would just continue living on WITHIN Skeletor's body - no longer confined to the crypts, ever again!!

Edit: Well, I guess I should have read the rest of that article as it confirms what I figured: Mumm-ator! Please note @kirby007 - which guy is getting top billing in the new villain.  ;)

The messenger of truth, Hawk, has said that Skeletor is superior.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.

A Biased Review Reloaded / Open Your Eyes / Switch Shipments

Alright so this is conveniently something I wanted to let out for a long time somewhere.

Even without the comic as a source of anything (which shows Skeletor body Mumm-ra, then throw him a bone to body the ASOE, then let him float in his head like Firestorm)

Skeletor still absolutely manhandles Mumm-ra. Mumm-ra has accomplished more evil but is so easily and thoroughly beaten every time. For all the vastness of both his power and advantages he's a pushover. Skeletor almost wins in spite of his disadvantages. He-Man and the MASTERS of the Universe have such a military scientific and raw power advantage over Skeletor, its almost criminal. Snarf.... SNARF sandbagged Mumm-ra over such a plain open flaw. Most with intellect would never try it because most would not be dumb enough to think Mumm-ra is dumb enough to allow it to happen. Mumm-ra also got bodied by a random bounty hunter in his own backyard with relative ease. Mumm-ra gets bodied relatively easily in general. He's a joke of a villain with a lot of power and a lot of flaws.

Skeletor fights He Man and a squad so powerful, they literally call themselves the masters of the universe with no real equal until She-Ra shows up (but that's neither here nor there).
Mumm-ra, on the other hand, fights the vestiges of a extinct race. The vestiges are a literal man-child, Lion-O, a child aged into a man's body, and 5-9 servants (If you really wanna count the Ghost Jaga and Snarf, which you should because again, Snarf sandbagged Mumm-ra. I'll never let that go). And yes I say servants because they basically have to listen to Lion-O, who, being a literal man-child, for the longest time made too many near fatal mistakes). They don't have anywhere near the resources, tech, or raw power He-Man and his crew has at their disposal.
Skeletor, is significantly smarter and a better person to wield any sort of power over Mumm-ra. Almost all Skeletor's minions are trash but he has no choice in the matter. Mumm-ra has a huge disposal at with him and still loses every damn time. Sometimes his henchmen outperform him. Unreal.

But like I said, 2011 is a completely different, much better Mumm-ra who I can see giving Skeletor a decent fight. 80's Mumm-ra is a literal curbstomp. Skeletor would... well the comic basically got it right, but there are many ways ahd Skeletor could easily think of several other ways.

...just so everyone knows - I'm watching who's voting for what (mostly because I don't trust @kirby007 to try and game the poll with dozens of alts). But I'll KNOW who you voted for, and I will remember!!! :P

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Nah - not cheating at all...     ...just pointing out the obvious. :)

Hah, right.  That's like if Peter Griffin started calling himself the Fastest Man In the Universe because he beat Homer Simpson in a footrace.  Ram-man and Orko couldn't even pass tryouts for the Cleveland Browns.

I voted for Mumm-ra just because I don't think I could stomach agreeing with kirby007.
