I'm European so where is my chart!!!

You can stick everyone else refered to in 'others' somewhere else

...and while I'm at it why does 'America' have an American flag when it also includes Canada as well as I presume other counties to the south.

It's bad enough for the poor bastards to have to live so close to the USA without having to be lumped in with them for statistics as well!! :P
