i think their game engine is not designed for console in mind understandable considering they are a very pc centric developer.but now they should make another engine optimized for consoles.not everyone own a powerful pc.

It would still be designed to allow high end PC's to make better use of it.

 

Not everyone has a high end PC, but it'd be absolutely asinine to make a game this big and make it only for the lowest ends of hardware and not give anything towards the high end. Also it'd be silly and backwards to design this game entirely around lower end hw as well.
