Realising Trilogy Collection only 6 months after DS Remastered is bad move, it would better they released it next year.

Didn't the trilogy collection release back in May for PS4 in Japan?

That's a dick-move on every front, both for the Switch version and those people who bought the remaster on other formats several months ago.

I still have a pre-order but don't know if I'll keep it. There's a chance I'll be buying a PS4 or re-buying an Xbox One in the next few months, so I'd get the trilogy pack on either of those formats over the remastered first game on Switch.

The one advantage Switch does have is portability, as always. That, combined with how well-known Souls now is, might give the Switch port a decent shot, but it is now launching in the busiest period of the year. At least the price is reasonable.

I am not sure if this is a bigger slap in the face to Switch owners or to people who already bought the remastered game on PS4/XB1. It takes a lot of skill to piss off fans on all three consoles at once.

That doesn't make any sense. It's a single player heavy game with light multiplayer elements. You could go through the whole game not missing it.

Aside from their own games, 3rd party multi-player heavy games are being released prior to the Nintendo Online launch. 

Yeah this is like a purposeful sabotage on their part. Really strange. DS Switch is definitely going to suffer a lot from this.

That's their loss tbh.
Diablo 3 will do well so switch has nothing to prove.

What is hilarious is that are a rumor going around that they are porting Dark Souls 2 for Switch next. Imagine charging full price for it...it would be some EA shit right there.
