In regards to PPR, yes. The plan for the moment is to do half a point for every reception. Additionally, unless there are any objections, the plan is to do points for kickoff/punt returns as well. 1 point for every 15 yards, and 6 points for a touchdown.

Eh, that's sadly the way it goes with fantasy sometimes. I think we only had 6 of 12 show up last year, so 50%'s pretty constant.
