But that's a point, Switch even in handheld mode is more stronger and more capable than Wii U, not to mention docked mode, there is reason why all last gen games on Switch run at higher resolution, better frame rate and better visuals.

Of course that's  a bold statement. Because in handled mode switch are Wii U. And in Dock mode it's run on better resolution . That's all

No, in handheld mode Switch is not Wii U (there are totally different type of hardwares in any case) and you need extra power in order to run games at higher resolution.
