Erik, I'm with you on the Mii. I know many disagree, but I feel one of the ultimate unlockables in the game should be you getting to put in one of your own personal Mii's and then be able to build their moves via some kinda create-a-character mode. Nah. I don't think you should be able to customize their moves. I don't think that would necesarily add anything to the game. Miis could weild Wiimotes as swords, guns and nunchuks, they could do Wii Sports related moves (flashes "Strike" on the screen if you get a bowling KO), and then have some crazy overpowered B-moves involving lots of fire and explosions in you Mii's favorite color.

I agree on Miis, and from third parties id like to see Crono, Sora, Megaman, Leon Kennedy, Simon Belmont, Solid Snake (already confirmed). This way we would have 2 characters from square, 2 characters from capcom, and 2 characters from konami... And we would get captain N's team on brawl (we can always have kevin keene as a Mii haha) even thou it wold be cool to have the zapper and the nes controller as weapons and a leather jacket with an N. hehe

I know I'm going to get flak for this, but I don't think I want my Miis in this. They don't have fun powers and would look pretty bland against all the other characters. I would love to see a Wii 'Battle' title that would feature Miis in various types of games like FPSes, Fighting, etc. That would rock. We'll definitely be seeing Sonic, and now we can have Mario kick his ass. ;) As for a characters I'd like to see but we probably won't, Bonk should make an appearance for some TG-16/Hudson love. And I'll agree with another poster that Mega Man would also be a nice addition. And for a real far out character, I've love to get Dr. Ryuta Kawashima's disembodied head in there! (Brain Age for those of you uninformed.) (LOL @ LSL. What would his special move be?)
