PS4 was fine for downloads. I'm actually at my parents house cat sitting the best cat in the world. When I'm back at my apartment, I'll have wired internet, so hopefully that will help. But my Switch seems to be doing fine here.

That's gotta be your home internet, my downloads are going at ~100mb/s, blazing fast. 

**Edit** In fact I think it's weird. When I was on PS3, the download speeds were fine. Not great, but fine. Then when I got PS4, my PS3 speeds tanked and now it's a slog to download anything onPS3, but PS4 was lightning fast. Then when I got a PS5 all my PS4 downloads slowed to a crawl while my PS5 speeds are lightning fast! 

Except that things are downloading far faster on my Switch which is in the same room. And according to internet speed test, my download speed should be 173 mbps. Should be like 20 megabytes a second? So, a gig a minute or so, which is as long as it took for Kirby? At any rate, much faster than this.

I'm not making any statements about the PS5 as a whole. Just saying what's happening in my very small sample. 

Edit: After Miles finally downloaded, I downloaded Crash Trilogy which took like a half an hour. So, hopefully that was just a weird fluke.

And about the download speed, so far mine have been great on PS5, much faster than PS4.

For anyone interested. If anyone ever questions the popularity of Destiny 2, the Bungie Twitch channel currently has over 160,000 viewers and the showcase doesn't start for another 37 minutes lol. Also about 50,000 viewers on the YouTube channel last I checked. Not to mention the viewers D2 content creators are bringing in. 

That is quite massive.
