Just hope that my travel early next year happens and there is stock available so I can save up to 30% to 50% of the cost against Brazil.

The first 8k console game in history!

"The Touryst is the first 8K 60fps game for PS5"

Not that the PS5 can currently output 8k video to an 8k display. Renders at native 8k but will be for supersampling and outputted at 4k still.

First for Playstation, not a first for console.

Xbox already did it in 2020 with The Falconeer.



...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.

Xbox already did it in 2020 with The Falconeer.

Only thing I can find on this is in relation to the developer mentioning 6k and 8k before release, and never again. Pretty sure falconeer does not have an 8k option in the actual released title. Everything after the date he mentioned trying 8k just says the game is 4k60 or 1800p120.
