I believe this is a feature that will be heavily appreciated so devs won't really want to remove it, similar with the video tips.

Videos I'm sure it is manually implemented, Sony said as much in one of the presentations. The cards I also assume is manually. But perhaps it can be "procedurally generated" based on the trophies and game levels. Because in a way the levels are distinctively identified in the code I would assume, and the cards could be made from that.

Yeah, I'm specifically talking about activity cards letting you resume game. Jump right into where you left off in seconds.
But maybe you're right that the latest save could just be identified in the code and added as a card automatically. That'd be sweet!

"This puts it on track to compete with Horizon Zero Dawn." Horizon sits at over 10m. GoT on track to compete with that is well above my expectations. Though people shifting focus to PS5 could cut its legs shorter if it doesn't get a dedicated PS5 release.
