Agreed. I also see many requesting VRR and ALLM.
Wouldn't this also be pretty straightforward to implement post launch?

I'm never gonna use it myself but I see no reason as to why this shouldn't be supported.
Especially considering how much it means to you and others. I will of course request it.

The only reason is limited manpower and priorities, also probably why several features are absent on release. Since consoles became able to update on gen7, it made the console design continuous.

I would assume so since the console hardware is capable and up to standard. Its probably due to hardware/software priorities like DonFerrari said. And seeing as we're in a cross gen period.. launch games are going to be performing well, capping at 30/60 and over. So we won't need it yet and more people can get to work on stuff like UI and emulation.

First look at Spider-Man Remastered on PS5. Ray tracing / 60fps modes

So I just learned something pretty cool that I don't think anyone's talking about (or I just missed it entirely, which is possible)

If you buy the PS5 version of Spider-Man: Miles Morales...you get the Ps4 version as well. I got the digital deluxe edition with Spider-Man Remastered on PS5, and as I was browsing my download list it appeared on my PS4 as well. I wasn't even expecting this, I was completely happy leaving the game on the PS5 but this is nice! Very nice indeed! I knew if you got the Ps4 version you also got the Ps5 version, but I didn't know it went the other way, too.

**Edit** why the fuck does this website not register enter buttons during posting now unless you edit your post? what the actual fuck? What a weird error.

My Console Library:

PS5, Switch, XSX

PS4, PS3, PS2, PS1, WiiU, Wii, GCN, N64 SNES, XBO, 360

3DS, DS, GBA, Vita, PSP, Android

There was two versions. $50 and $70. The $70 came with both. You bought the $70 one.

I knew about Remastered. That was my intent. I just didn't know that if I bought the full version on Ps5 I also got the Ps4 version of Miles Morales. Everything I read made it seem like this:

50 dollar version on Ps4 got you Miles morales on Ps4 and PS5

50 dollar version on PS5 got you Miles Morales on PS5

70 dollar version on PS5 got you Miles Morales on PS5 and Spider-Man Remastered on PS5

I didn't know that you also got the PS4 versions of Miles morales if you bought the digital version on Ps5. It makes sense you wouldn't get it if you got the disc version, but this is nice. a pleasant little surprise.

Isn't ALLM just setting it to game mode? No thanks.I have never gamed on game mode, and it takes very little clicks to set it to game mode.

Never used gaming mode as well, everytime I choose it the image seems washed out and uglier. I can live with higher latency.

They added RT to the remaster? Cool. This may give the game a boost or at least make more people willing to buy Miles Morales premium.

This is so much better to witness than all the fanboys bitching.
