@Runa216 My PS4 sounded like a softer vacuum cleaner when playing TLOU 2. Though that was during the heat wave in Summer lol

Some people may exaggerate the issue to take jabs at Sony, but yes the PS4 and Pro weren't silent for all.

I even have a launch model, and my roommate has a slim model and my brother has a pro model, none of which are particularly loud. I do notice it's slightly louder when I'm playing Red Dead and there are significant lighting effects, but other than that...barely any sound at all. |
I have 3 in the same room- a launch, pro and slim.
The launch one goes into orbit after a few hours.
They should rename it to JewelSense, can't wait to put my hands on it!

Oh mine makes noise, it's not completely silent, it's just nowhere near any sort of level that I'd liken it to jet engines. It's probably the quietest thing in the house that you can actually hear. My fridge doesn't make any noise at all, though I do suppose my Ps4's volume could be likened to it when the fans kick on after the door's been open a while. not even that loud, I don't think.
My Console Library:
PS5, Switch, XSX
PS4, PS3, PS2, PS1, WiiU, Wii, GCN, N64 SNES, XBO, 360
3DS, DS, GBA, Vita, PSP, Android
Now we are going to hear that PS5 SSD is slowerd than a 860 Evo and that Sony have been lying... love internet.
https://meuxbox.com.br/noticias/digital-foundry-garante-que-a-arquitetura-velocity-de-xbox-series-x-ira-superar-o-ssd-do-ps5/ this one is funny, claims DF ensures the velocity architeture will make Series X SSD reach 14Gbps of transfer rate and demolish PS5 SSD.
He is basically picking up the 2.5 real speed, multiplying by 2 for the compression gain and then multiplying again by 3 for the SFS. Guess we have a winner for secret sauce.

Sounds like a healthy step up from DS4 battery time.
Whoever is saying that PS5 DualSense controller only lasts 2hrs playing Astro PlayRoom is either blatantly lying or has a defective controller. I played Miles Morales for 4h36m straight, then Astro Playroom for 1h42m straight, and still got 4h13m more out of it.

Dunno? But you can try asking him on twitter. He often elaborates when asked.
