normally i would find this amusing since Yoshi is my favorite charcater, but in this case i say f*** Yoshi. from the online tournament demo he was the worst character to choose from. He was listed as a "speedy" type character yet really didnt do anything much faster than any other character. meaning even Mario, the blank slate of spinoff titles had more of a strategic handle than Yoshi. and it seems like the community quickly figured this out too. by day 2 of the tournament nobody was using Yoshi. i was still able to see Mari, Peach, and Bowser from the 4 starting characters, but never anyone playing Yoshi.
