In a recent news post sent out to Switch owners, Nintendo provided a listing of the top 15 European eShop downloads for May 2018.

In its first month, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze manages to take the top spot. Other notable inclusion is FIFA 18, which finds its way back into the chart and even at the second position.

FIFA got a massive 66% discount on the eShop, I'm surprised Tropical Freeze actually beat it there. Also, did the Megaman Collection flop, or those numbers were expected in Europe?

Megaman only came out the last week of the month.

Nice Fifa 18 numbers for Switch.

I'm surprised there's no Odyssey, MK8 or BOTW on that list.

Most people probably buy those games physically, so they're at a bit of a disadvantage against digital only games, or games with digital discounts.

I'm surprised Donkey Kong is the only first Party title on that list.
