LOL

Yeah that was... different I guess. That sucked. Control looked good. Knew it was Remedy, basically looked like Quantum Break 2.

Ghost looked cool in some aspects. LoU looked gorgeous but was so corridor laden and scripted, jeesh. Wonder if they’ll have any gameplay from the floor during E3.

Watch TLoU trailer again.

There was so many options to approach there, the scenes are so fluid they look scripted, sure they used all the could show, but that's a calling for how great the thing is shaping to be.

She could have gone full stealth, full violence, a mix of both, run and hide to a lot of places, the finale would lead to the same event but how you get there is up to you.

Really missed the hearing ability tho.

Loved the fluid dodges that looks direction free, the full crawling to further hide, the variety of ways leading in and out of an area, the enemies communicating through whistles, the heavier weight on getting an arrow out of a body or even yourself.

The gameplay was very satisfying.

Seemed very much like a play with a lot of mistakes made by player...

And I can't see how Ghost of Tsushima can only have "some good things"... the movement, feel of the strikes, weight and the colors are fantastic.

Will complain here about closing my Knack 3 countdown thread =[
Good E3 though.

Knack 2 would have turned a 7.5/10 show to a 10/10! E3 of dreams 2.0.

CGI was sad with me for giving him false hopes of Knack 3.

The decision to give TLOU 2 its own stage with a music show before the trailer was terrible, it broke down the pacing and just killed the momentum entirely not to mention it looked pretentious as fuck and i hated it.

It just showed that they didnt had much to show and were trying to kill time so people didnt notice how short the conference really was, and you know whats the worst part of it all? that they DO have other things to show but they are saving it for PSX which seems to have become a hinderance rather than an advantage at this point, in my opinion they should only do PSX when they have enough content for a satisfying E3 and PSX and the years they dont "have much" (like this one) they should just do a big E3.

The games however did look great, Ghost of Tsushima looks graphically outstanding and its combat being far more "realistic" than the one in Nioh and Sekiro makes it stand out, and im not saying that "realistic" is better than the straight up anime-like combat in those two, but simply that it helps the game differentiate itself from the competition which is great.

Death Stranding looked great but i wanna see some combat.

TLOU 2 looks simply amazing, the fluidity of Ellies movement through the enviroment and the fluidity of the combat where just on another level to anything ive seen before.

Spiderman looked honestly so great that i got worried that what we saw is gonna be the best part of the game, because if the rest of the game is on that level or even better then holy shit this is gonna be a 90+ metacritic game.

Finally REmake 2 along with Nioh 2 where the surprise of the show and im definitely buying both when they come out.

Overall the games looked great but Sony fucked up with the format of the conference, and ive seen more than enough complaints to be sure im not the only one with this opinion.

I forgot "Trover saves the universe" + "Concrete Genie" + "dreams" too.
*IF* Halo Infinity is a XB1 title, it ll be in 2020 or lateron.... like its really early in production.

Halo Infinity might be on X2, but so might Ghosts of Tsushima, Last of Us 2 and Death Stranding. I mean did any of those 3 get a single release YEAR?

I think all 3 of those will be PS4... but 2019/2020.
Halo Infinity I think will release lateron than that (like its a new engine, and they just made a cgi trailer, production just started for it).

Man they made a pre-show to take out 5 anouncements of this, and wanted to make an experience... So nope, they could show more if they wanted, could cut or increase whatever of what was shown... it was purely decision, which of course you may not like.

You're kidding, right? They showed off a shit ton with no fluff between. They could have easily called up Kojima to talk for a few minutes. SE to talk for a few minutes. Insomniac to talk for a few minutes. But they didn't

Square Enix still has one game to announce.

Wonder what Sony will show next year at this point. Its onvious they wont announce any new first party games this gen.

Yeah the only team capable of announcing an Exclusive right now is Guerrilla but they for sure working on Horizon 2 and I doubt that it releases on PS4. They will have to rely on 3rd party deals for a while.

My guess is that next E3 we will start seeing next gen games revealed.  Whether they are said to be next gen or not will depend on if the PS5 is releasing in 2019 or 2020.

I thought it was decent overall, though I felt like they could used their time better. First 30 minutes felt pretty empty, just one game, a mini-concert, and a talk show.

Second half was great though...looking forward to Ghosts, Spiderman, and Resident Evil 2 for sure. @_@
