This link says that there are no physical side affects to masturbation (I can object though considering what's happened to me from excessive masturbation ) but I don't know if it actually increases your lifespan:

Well I say we should do conclusive studies on it.

And didn't the late Ernest Borgnine live to be into his 90s because of his masturbation sessions?

Well, it's impossible to truly know, since we can't look into an alternate timeline where he didn't masturbate. The best we can do is do a wide sample size and try to see if there are certain patterns that form.

No idea if wanking helps live longer. But what I do know is it helps fight prostate issues. Actually it's the act of ejaculation that is good against prostate issues so it's not specifically masturbation but it's also masturbation.
