Keyboard and mouse for sure, for better aiming, strafing and for the better responsive on the high refresh rated monitor.

I played Pub a few times and didn't run into any hackers of the sort. I ran into a random player who was in our squad and team killed us on purpose, but that was about it.

 

I don't play CS because I play different shooters. Even during my times playing TF2, I never ran into a hacker of the sort. 

 

It's not really a fact, because not every game is filled to the brim with cheaters. That's just how it is.

Not really. I've played that game for years and I didn't run across any.

My experience has been different from yours, and I haven't really come across an amount of so called hackers that you have, so I don't really see PC being vastly full of apparent hackers. I do here this from a few console players though all across youtube.

At 120 FPS, 4x more FPS than consoles get. Worlds lowest sensitivity for maximum accuracy, and worlds biggest mouse pad to adjust for the lack of movement. You also need a mic, because if you play online FPS games without a microphone you're the worst kind of human being, and should just uninstall the entire system.

I think it gets down to just getting used to it. I prefer controllers for FPS, even when i switch to PC, as i game mostly on console. Just feel more comfortable with it. But i often switch to mouse+keyboard with no issues.

Because they take cheating very seriously, hence the bans. But just because they are banning cheaters, doesn't mean to automatically say that every single game of PuB is filled to the brim with cheaters. Same goes for TF2 and other games out there.

 

People cheat because they want to feel like they have power over others, with no chance for them to be retaliated against. The other reason being to troll other players and ruin their fun (Some people are just wired that way in all walks of life).

I don't need to deny the fact that cheaters do exist. It's the assumption that all games on PC are filled to the brim with cheaters. 

You aren't me, and you do not see through my eyes, so you cannot account for what I have actually seen. I haven't come across many hackers throughout my years of playing both co-op and MP experiences. Certainly not in the number that some other folk have come across. 

Well you should start playing MP games on PC sometime, rather than going by a dated experience from years past.
