480p is pretty much a standard in all wii games. but idk all the games that run in 16:9

This site should have everything you need. 480p is almost universal on the Wii. It's usually just shovelware and lazy ports that are missing it, along with the occasional surprising lapse among games like Raving Rabbids. 16:9 is almost as ubiquitous.

Before, I actually thought these were mandatory features on Wii games, but apparently not...
