Havnt really looked as of late but both in Spain and France there's both Switch SKUs way as the first hardware (or only hardware in top 100) Kirby seems to be #1 in Spain still but Farcry 5 (and PS4) is really dominating in a few charts like the UK and as you mentioned in Germany.

Cant wait to see how Farcry turns out, seems to be crazy enough for me to get back in to the franchise :D

Arguing the success rate of Amazon is kinda stupid when the console that Amazon favours was the one winning most NPDs. IF Switch wins a NPD then it's ALWAYS going to win on Amazon because Amazon favours Switch.
The problem comes when other consoles win, because of the offset, Amazon struggles to predict these wins because it favours Switch.

It's not Amazons' fault at all, as it's only a guideline. They don't pretend to be NPD. All they do is post their best sellers. More, the problem is how users here perceive it.

Yes, as a few of us have been saying for a while, tone down Nintendo expectations based on Amazon. There's been signs of Switch sales having a more Amazon bias than the other consoles for a while now.

I think the bias seems to be bigger in February so what caused that? 

So my theory why the percentage Switch purchases are bought through Amazon compared to Xbox One and PS4 is that Switch buyers have an higher average age. My guess is that older people are more likely to buy off Amazon, instead of dedicated game stores  etc, than younger people. So was there an influx of older people buying to tilt Switch sales towards Amazon even more? 

If so, what caused this? Adults buying Switchs for their children? Maybe the anticipation of Labo and Kirby caused a lot of adults to buy Switchs for their children. I don't really know.

I do think the bias will reduce again in the coming months and PS4 and Xbox will have to be closer in the Amazon charts to beat Switch in NPD.

I have no idea if i'm honest. It is very convenient buying from Amazon but then the same would apply no matter which console is being purchased.
